Gender equality index

Gender equality is a key component of our corporate policy here at Jacquet Brossard. We are therefore proud to share the scores we achieved on the French Workplace Gender Equality Index devised by the French Ministry of Labour*:

• Jacquet Brossard Distribution (Paris and Sens sites): 81/100
• Savane Brossard (Pithiviers site): 89/100
• Jacquet Panification (Two sites in Clamecy and the Saint-Beauzire site): 89/100

*The index is calculated using five indicators: 

• Gender pay gap
• Individual pay rise gap
• Promotion gap
• Number of employees receiving a post-maternity leave pay rise
• Equality among the 10 highest paid individuals
