Ensure non-discrimination and equal opportunities
With our aim being to guarantee workplace equality and value all forms of diversity; we are continuing our commitment to inclusion by training teams and setting up awareness-raising campaigns.
Commit to workplace gender equality
In 2023, the minimum score obtained by the various Jacquet Brossard entities on the workplace gender equality index was 88/100. Our ambition is to achieve a minimum of 90/100 by 2030.
And because workplace gender equality needs to be a reality at all levels of the business, we have set a minimum ratio of 60-40 (male-female, or female-male, so as not to discriminate in any way) in our leadership team.
Guarantee non-discrimination
Our managers are following a programme to guarantee non-discrimination, promote workplace gender equality, and value all forms of diversity, including cultural and generational diversity. All of the Jacquet Brossard management committee and leadership team were trained in this area in 2023. Our aim is to train 100% of our staff about diversity and inclusion by 2030.
We also run a range of awareness-raising initiatives aimed at our staff during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities: virtual reality experience, personal accounts, quizzes and discussions all help to educate our staff about these at times little-known issues.
