Enable people to flourish

Ensure workplace health and safety and a good quality of life for our co-workers

Our commitment is truly meaningful if it helps make Jacquet Brossard a business where it is good to work and spend time.

Ensure staff health and safety

We have a firm commitment to team health and safety and wellbeing. We achieve this by developing training and awareness-raising initiatives.

As part of our 365 Safety Policy, we have set seven golden rules for employee health and safety, and our management regularly undertakes safety visits at our production facilities. Our ambition? Zero accidents.

Enable our staff to flourish at work

We invest in training and upskilling our teams through setting up our very own training school, the Knowledge Workshop. This breaks down into four modules, maintenance, local management, leadership, and sales force. For example, the fourth module aims to build our team’s skills and 45 area managers have already been trained.

We also offer qualification-based training (Lean Yellow Belt) to improve our staff’s skills and operational effectiveness.

450 days of field coaching by the sales force
90 staff members have gained Lean Yellow Belt certification

Foster a good quality of life for everyone and the planet

Our corporate wellbeing programme is called Grains de Vie and it has become a must for our teams. Since 2016, over 2,000 hours of events have been run to promote healthy eating and exercise to our co-workers.

€ 3 500 donated each year to five charities thanks to the “round up your salary for charity” scheme.
200 people have had their awareness raised by the Climate Fresk card game

As part of our Grains de Vie programme, our staff are offered two charitable initiatives: rounding up their salaries for charity (all sites) and skills sponsorship scheme (only at the Paris site to date).

In 2023 we also formed a network of inhouse Climate Fresk card game leaders to raise staff awareness and get them involved in the company’s drive to cut its carbon footprint. Our aim is to train all of our staff by 2030.
